1. Data controller
The controller is Asociaci贸n Pajas entre Colegas (PeC), identified above.
2. Data we process
When you use the form we may process your name, email address, company or project, indicative budget, message content and any service configuration you choose to send. The server also generates technical security and access data such as IP address, date, time, requested URL and user agent.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use data to answer enquiries, prepare quotes and take pre-contractual steps you request. Technical logs are processed on the basis of legitimate interests in security, abuse prevention and incident diagnosis. Data may also be processed to comply with legal obligations.
4. Recipients
Hosting, email, technical support and infrastructure providers may access data where necessary. Form enquiries are processed through PeC鈥檚 Plesk-managed mail infrastructure and delivered to the internal mailbox designated to handle them. Data may also be disclosed to public authorities where legally required.
5. International transfers
If a provider processes data outside the EEA, PeC will use the mechanisms recognised by the GDPR that apply, such as adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards.
6. Retention
Data is kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and any resulting relationship. It may then be blocked for applicable statutory limitation periods.
7. Your rights

8. Automated decisions
